When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us. This will help us to improve our standards going foward. Karen Lucas was the agent for the house that I was purchasing. She kept me informed and kept me up to date on all aspects of not only my purchase but on the sale of my house too. The agents selling my house were, basically, unprofessional, unhelpful and useless. If it hadn't been for Karen Lucas I would have really struggled. For instance, she rang me at 12 noon to tell me completion had taken place. We moved the furniture and had unloaded in my new home before my agents telephoned me. She deserves a gold star!

If we had any problems with anything in the property they arranged for somebody to come and repair it straight away. This was usually done within a day or two of us making a call to them.

We chose our local estate agent White and Hayward New Malden on recommendation from friends. What a good job we did. On first impressions the staff were friendly efficient and very professional. Throughout the sale of our property we had lots of questions and queries that needed addressing, this was all very new to us. E- mails needed to be sent, letters to be scanned and sent to other people and paperwork to be signed, not necessary for an estate agent to do, but with White and Hayward\'s motto being \'sit back, relax and let us take care of it all\' that\'s exactly what they did. We also had honest and regular feedback after every viewing. When we did get a buyer, again the communication was always there and when things got a bit stressful, ie, there were some queries and potential problems, Karen kept us informed and was chasing everything up regularly and informing us of progress.
