When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us. This will help us to improve our standards going foward. We chose our local estate agent White and Hayward New Malden on recommendation from friends. What a good job we did. On first impressions the staff were friendly efficient and very professional. Throughout the sale of our property we had lots of questions and queries that needed addressing, this was all very new to us. Karen Lucas put us in-touch with a solicitor, a financial advisor and every other professional body that we needed. E- mails needed to be sent, letters to be scanned and sent to other people and paperwork to be signed, not necessary for an estate agent to do, but with White and Hayward\'s motto being \'sit back, relax and let us take care of it all\' that\'s exactly what they did. Moving is on the list as one of the most stressful things someone will do in their lives, not with Karen Lucas and her wonderful staff, they were truly amazing. Our move date is for the 29th of November2013 and it was certainly not one of the most stressful things we have ever done, all because of Karen and her team at White and Hayward New Malden. We will be recommending them to everyone.

Karen Lucas was the agent for the house that I was purchasing. She kept me informed and kept me up to date on all aspects of not only my purchase but on the sale of my house too. The agents selling my house were, basically, unprofessional, unhelpful and useless. If it hadn't been for Karen Lucas I would have really struggled. For instance, she rang me at 12 noon to tell me completion had taken place. We moved the furniture and had unloaded in my new home before my agents telephoned me. She deserves a gold star!

Karen told me what fees she charges and they were .3% lower than my agents fees. I wish I had known about her company before.

We felt she was realistic with the valuation, gave us alot of valid, helful and honest information and was very respectful of our home when it came to viewings. We also had honest and regular feedback after every viewing. When we did get a buyer, again the communication was always there and when things got a bit stressful, ie, there were some queries and potential problems, Karen kept us informed and was chasing everything up regularly and informing us of progress. We feel that by using an independant agent rather than a big chain helped us enormously as we had a great relationship with Karen and received what we considered a very personal service from her.
